We stand with Israel.
The J-Ventures Israel Emergency Fund is a community effort aimed at providing support to Israel during this extraordinarily challenging time, amidst the shocking terrorist attack and abductions of civilians of October 2023.
It is spearheaded by the J-Ventures Group, comprising of J-Ventures and J-Impact, in collaboration with the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund of San Francisco. We are initiating this Fund to pull together our community’s resources to support Israel’s most urgent needs.
The fund will focus primarily on the following, as well as other urgent needs that will arise:
-
Urgent medical and mental health assistance.
-
Critical support for victims and affected communities.
-
Support for families of kidnapped Israelis.
Acknowledging the rapidly evolving nature of wartime situations, we remain adaptable and open to addressing needs that extend beyond those mentioned above. Our community's strength lies in our agility and our robust connections on the ground, enabling us to identify such emerging needs and respond swiftly.
100% of donations will go towards these causes. An impact report will be provided to all donors.
Since the terror attack began on October 7th, the J-Ventures community has been extremely engaged and involved in supporting Israel. The community comprises more than 400 leaders spanning across the United States, Israel, the EU, and LATAM. Just in the first week of the crisis, we have made a significant impact by:
-
Establishing dedicated "war rooms" in both the United States and Israel to comprehensively assess and address Israel's pressing requirements.
-
Delivering one of the largest shipments of medical equipment.
-
Allocating over $1 million in support of hospitals, vulnerable communities, and organizations such as United Hatzalah and Natal.
Members of J-Ventures recognize the urgency of supporting Israel, and we are hopeful that our assistance will leave a lasting, positive impact on the country's healing process.
There is no minimum donation. Donations to this Fund may be eligible for an employer match.
Once you donate, please make sure to join our global WhatsApp group (called “J-Ventures global Kibbutz group”) to stay updated!
